TW Armor - Blackmail (signature item proposal)

Crafted by the endlessly toiling mages of the Federation, commissioned by an archmage who had acquired the unwilling services of a particular silhouette, whom he trained and attempted to indoctrinate as a magically gifted spy and covert ops specialist, the Blackmail appears when not worn as a set of relatively inexpensive polycarbonate-plate-on-ballistic-weave armor commonplace throughout the world. The plates are a flat black against dark charcoal-hued fabric, and little in the way of devices or accoutrements are in evidence.
When worn by one who has the mystic gifts to activate it though, Blackmail changes dramatically. The armor can alter both its own appearance as well as the appearance of its owner as the Disguise spell...though a quirk of the shadowy magic that powers it means that any clothing or armor it's made to look like will always be some shade of black.
The helmet of the armor, when activated, projects a magical field through its visor that displays a true image of whatever the viewer looks at, regardless of any impediment to sight that may be in the world. With a user of sufficient strength, even fog or magical spells of invisibility can be pierced by this device.
And finally, the entire suit can dissolve seamlessly into shadow, vanishing entirely only to emerge in another location while bringing its wearer along for the ride.
Blackmail is intended to assist its wearer in the arts of infiltration and exfiltration, and also includes magics that reinforce its structure greatly with subtle magic fields and material enhancements. A small strength-boosting spell is included as well, to help make up for the weight of the suit itself.
Blackmail - Base Item: Plastic Man (+4 armor, 13lbs, environmental, no min str)
Minor Modifications +2 armor +2 armor
Major Modifications Power - Disguise (3 PPE, dur 10min) Power - Darksight (exalted 2 PPE, dur 1 hour) Power - Teleport (10" per 3PPE (15" on raise) or 20/30 per 5 for Greater Teleport) Edge - Brawny (+1 Toughness, Strx8 carrying capacity instead of Strx5)

You need the approval of your GM and one additional GM.
So you have VV and I, if VV is your GM you are good to go. If not then tell your GM to come look here.
