I guess a lot of it depend on how long the campaign is meant to run. For a one-shot, the rules should have very few unintended consequences, and it should be fairly minimized in a relatively short arc (say, one year). But after that, there'll be shifts in power.

I like Tribe's version, but I did keep the +3, because the "as long as this fight lasts" Fatigue effect is still slightly longer than the Fatigue from the generic Modifier. (Ie, Fatigue from Smite would, i believe, last for 1 round, period. So this is definitely more useful than that.)

I like it! The Psionics Skill boost should only be for using Divination Power, but the Occult Skill boost works as a general boost, since you're consulting the 8-Ball when making the roll.

As VV noted in the HO, you cannot apply upgrades to an existing TW item. Best you could do is get the standard Arzno suit with two HJ table upgrades (and that's something you could, in theory, buy with enough cash).

Honestly, Parry fits a duelist style--European cloak-fighters would use their cape to entangle the opponent's weapon--it's not preventing damage, it's keeping the blade from striking in the first place.
