Other than Super Science we will go with RaW for TW and Enchanted Items.

We will use Heroic level for powers/edges etc.

For enchanted items edges do not require power points, they are always active. Powers require a built in pool of points to activate.

Is there anything left to debate?

Looks clean and simple, be hard to execute in PbP but ok at the table.

Since there is no limit on power types, like the shifter, consider adding a -2 for non-psionic power types or -1 per rank of power being cast.
