Well the idea is the search function (represented by Scholar) and the book holder is a piece of "AI" like technology/techno-wizardry, but trapped as a search enchantment. I removed the extra +2 to Occult from Scholar, so it's +2 to Academics, Battle, and Occult. Stats above are updated.

A force cannon is a vehicle weapon that cannot be used by someone with a strength of d10. It is not uncommon for vehicle weapons to be more powerful than hand carried ones.
