Diciplined Mind
Requirements: Seasoned, Mind Melter, Conceal Arcana

Your hero has honed his ability to shield his mind from unwanted detection to a much greater degree than lesser psychics. Your hero may use conceal arcana at will with no ISP expenditure. A roll is only necessary when an opponent is attempting to detect the hero with detect arcana. This edge also applies to Exalted Conceal Arcana though ISP must be expended as normal. Additionally you hero no longer needs to expend ISP to use detect arcana though he must still do so for Exalted Detect Arcana.

Seems a fair trade for picking up the power and being a mind melter. Note to Rob - this will be one of my very near future advances if adopted :P
