Describe your base here. Once a consensus has been reached, this post will be edited to reflect the consensus.

So, per the conversation in Discord, we've got Exotic, Remote.

Folks seemed to like the geostationary satellite over Star City idea, which fits both those descriptors--a character wanting to go there without using the Teleporter must either have Teleportation as a Power, a space-ready vehicle, or Flight+Spacer to make the trip.

I'm thinking the satellite is actually originally of V'sori design--it was one of several they brought to Earth for purposes of overwatch during the invasion and subsequent (intended) rule. It's the only one that wasn't destroyed during the war, and has been completely purged of V'sori technology (Earth's governments kind of insisted on that one), other than the technology that keeps it in a fixed orbit. However, the original layout remains, much of it just empty space that can be improved upon as time goes on.

The Big Damned Heroes each have converted one of the smaller chambers into personal quarters--those of us without Rich, etc, pretty much just have a normal apartment's worth of furnishings in there, anyone with the appropriate resources might have additional features. The Sidekicks all use one larger room as a barracks, with a privacy screen between the men's and women's sleeping area, and a common area for eating, playing games and watching TV.

A few other rooms have been claimed for different purposes--one room, well away from the outer hull and heavily fortified, is a practice room used for training. No fancy Danger Room-style features (just yet), but there are basic targets and a crude obstacle course set up.

The Teleporter can drop them pretty much anyplace they need to be in the city, but 'pick-up' is only from Star City's monument to the Fallen.

This looks Great. I wish we had some sort of monitoring so we know when we are needed.

I figure right now, we're patched into the city's communication networks (Wi-Fi, radio and phone), and so officials can call us, or we can catch news reports. Monitors should probably come with an early Advance, though.

Other Upgrades that I'd like to see:

Vehicle (a drop-shuttle for times when teleporting isn't an option)
Training Room
Self-Sufficient
Security Team
Occult Library
Science Lab
Command Center (the monitors would be part of this)
Advanced Firewalls
Base Defenses x2
Teleporter Boosts x2 (ultimately gets us to Multiverse Teleportation)

That's enough, I should note, to account for everything up through Heroic 2, which means that if anyone gets gakked, we have room for two Monuments before Legendary. I don't have these in any particular order.
