Mantle of Immortality
This powerful amulet was designed by Abraxlidone during his various researches of bestowing draconic powers onto others. It was lost for centuries before being found again by Kidemonas whose eyes were drawn to the talisman. The talisman somehow when worn amplifies the natural draconic powers of immortality and durability. However it seems to only work properly for dragons.
When activated this gold and brass harness, expands and wraps the dragon in armored plates empowering the dragon making them nearly unstoppable as their body is covered in a powerful arcane auras. They gain +2 Parry as attacks are deflected away, +2 to Vigor rolls to soak and resist environmental effects, +5 Toughness, +2 Armor.

@Snake Eyes Looks like he never got an approval for a signature item. But I do not know if it was because this item was a no go or if it was the timing of when your life became so busy.

Either way I am okay with going for something else or letting this be or redesign one leaning heavily into Strength to provide a giant bonus to his strength.

I don't recall seeing this one, I don't think.
I'm out of practice on these. 3 Majors and 3 Minors equals...enchanted item? TW?
At first glance, it looks gonzo overpowered to tack onto a dragon, but it's probably not as bad as it seems. Does the shape-changing mean it functions in both human and dragon form?

I think I posted it right around the time you took off. Which was about the time I also needed to take down time.

This is a TW enchanted/enhancement of a force field system item.

I think this is true and looking at it now, maybe it should be axed. I will go to the drawing board and think up something else.

Yes this is the idea. But I had not idea of how much to price such a feature as. It is a trope in many games like with rune weapons or D&D magic items. But it is really valuable in other games like this one.

Did this get axed then, was looking at a similar item for someone. Actually the build we were looking at was tougher.

Yes, I was grasping to think of something with this.

But now I have the idea of stealing the guts from a golem and using it as a base for whatever awesomeness it needs.

<Insert flavor Text stuff about how you ripped the magical core of a golem out and maybe a cool Picture here.>

Free Trapping: Its *FREE* so, you know, feel free to come up with something nifty if you like. Or don't.
Minor: PPE
Minor: PPE
Major: Burrow
Major: Rapid Recharge, or one of its upgrades.

Just a suggestion. It's got PPE, because its the heart of an automaton. It gives you rapid recharge, because you siphon the energy out of it. And it has burrow cuz apparently these things can burrow. And whats better than flying when you're a dragging? Swimming through the earth when you're stuck in a cave :p.

Edit: maybe not rapid recharge? I know edges that really have to be “always on” were ruled not tw applicable (Luck, for example). That was before Magic Items. So I’m not sure if it’s ok or not.

<Pushes glasses up on nose> Well actually...</end emote>
Enchanted items can provide persistent edges, so rapid recharge would be fine there. It is just taking off the item would remove the edge. So a lucky boot for example would lose your luck benny as soon as the boot comes off and you would not get it back until a new session.
But this is something I can work with.

PS: I think someone had a lucky rabits foot or something with luck in it once enchanted items came out.

I see. So the problem with Edges like Luck / Rapid recharge is only an issue with TW items, then?

Yes, because they require constant fueling to function so without that fuel the advantage would drop. This is my interpretation though so you could ask for an OA as I do not recall this being done yet.

Cool. That sounds reasonable to me. I have recently messed with burrow and it’s onlu 2 ppe. Maybe instead of +10 ppe with two minor mods, maybe +5 ppe and +2 pace? I don’t think you will ever need 25 rounds of burrow, but 10 is nice. Two uses in a long battle (but, like, rifts, lol) or two uses between combats or whenever needed.
