A simple rock with dried blood etched on it. When his tribe was wiped out by vampires Peta painted a stone from his ancestral hunting grounds with the blood of the fallen. Now it contains the memories of his clansmen-of which he is the last. With concentration he can call on the spirits of his fallen tribesmen to aid him in times of need.

• Wisdom of the Elders: With intense focus and concentration Peta can consult the spirits of his elders to get their guidance and direction. Grants the divination power.
• Strength of the Pack: The spirits of fallen warrior's rally around the wearer to protect him from harm. Adds +2 to resist vampiric powers.
• Spirit Eyes: Those on the spirit realm can reveal things not normally visible in the world. For 1 ISP Peta can add the Presence Sense modifier when using detect arcana.

I think it is just 10,000 for the first minor and then double to TW cost for everything else.

I think the rock was made out of Unobtanium or something.
