A suit of armor for Kira (TW Sig Item)

@Technospawn this is Kira's Sig Item for the Venator game.

Kira needed armor that was both light but strong, sturdy but flexible, the ability absorb the recoil of fully automatic fire and last but not least minimize any damage she might take during battle. Yes, this would do nicely.
