Constance can alter the passage of time for herself, or in relatively small areas around herself. The effects of this range from causing an object to experience hundreds of years of subjective time in a moment, causing it to break down, to trapping someone in an eyeblink of time, unable to move relative to the outside world. Her movements, when accelerated, take place so quickly that she becomes all but invisible, and she can cover ground and perform tasks in what seems to the outside world as astonishingly short times. She also has the ability to become a 'beacon' to future versions of herself, which can arrive to help out. Their existence in the current timeline is tenuous though, and it's unclear if they're 'really' her, or echoes of uncertain future events. They've even been known to manifest on their own, usually just to warn her of impending dangers before vanishing.
