Hindrances
  • Death Wish (Minor): Crimson faces things with his face and fists into the frey.
  • Distinctive Appearance (Minor): His fiery red skin, the sprouted tail, the shaved and polished horn nubs on his head, and his much larger than teen physique, all contribute to his Distinctive Appearance.
  • Impulsive (Major): Too many nights infront of the Cable TV watching MMA fights and old Kung Fu movies. There was a commercial once that said let your fingers do the walking and Crimson's fists do the talking.
  • Anti-Technology Aura (Major) : Electronics just never work right around your hero. Unlike All Thumbs, he can repair them and might even like them, but when he uses them, hard drives crash, the internet lags, and cell phones lock up. This problem limits the student’s ability to do schoolwork, inflicting a -1 penalty to Academics. When he uses such a device in a stressful situation (Dean’s call), roll a d6 and consult the following table: (Super Karma)

    • 1 Overload: The device breaks, requiring a Repair roll at -2 and 1d6 hours to fix.
    • 2–3 Boogered: The device locks up, requiring a reboot. This usually takes 1d6 minutes for most devices.
    • 4 Slow as Christmas: The device works, but at half the usual speed or effectiveness.
    • 5–6 Normal: The device works as it’s supposed to. Mostly.

Edges
  • Super Karma: 10 additional Power Points
  • AB (Super Powers): Setting Specific; Starting 20 Power Points
  • First Strike: Once per round, as long as he’s not Shaken or Stunned, the hero gets a free Fighting attack against a foe immediately after he moves into Reach. (See Free Attacks on page 101).
  • Ambidextrous: Your warrior is as deft with his left hand as he is with his right. He ignores the Off-Hand penalty (see page 104).

    If holding a weapon in each hand, Ambidextrous characters may stack Parry bonuses (if any) from both weapons.
  • Two Fisted: If a character makes a Fighting attack with one action and another from a different hand in a later action, the second attack doesn’t inflict a Multi-Action penalty. The Off-Hand penalty still applies unless he’s Ambidextrous, however (page 104).
