A personal favorite of chef Deevli Natas of the Golden Apple bar and grill in merc town. Golden crispy long fingers adorn a bed of wilted kale and garlic tossed blanched spinach. Always served with a side of chilled red tomato sauce. It’s delicate and robust flavors lend itself well to both the emotionally sensitive and unavailable mercs that come through.
