A personal favorite of chef Deevli Natas of the Golden Apple bar and grill in merc town. Golden crispy long fingers adorn a bed of wilted kale and garlic tossed blanched spinach. Always served with a side of chilled red tomato sauce. It’s delicate and robust flavors lend itself well to both the emotionally sensitive and unavailable mercs that come through. Most suspect chef Deevil of adding a few ingredients beyond those immediately noticeable that enhances it flavor profile. This dish is not labeled as Vegan or Vegetarian giving rise to some to wonder where is the meat at?
