Do we all pay for our own gear or do we run this like a Merc operation where shares from every mission go into a general pool for replacing ammunition and resources used?
I would suggest each PC body on a mission gets 1 shares, each extra gets 0.5 shares and the company gets 2 shares.
The company shares would offset major repair costs and be used for generic expenses so we do not track anything.

If by "Extras", you mean Sidekicks and Followers, then I disagree with them getting half-shares; equipping your tag-alongs is part of the downside of those Edges/abilities; they're loyal to your PC, and thus you need to pay their upkeep.
That said, i'm fine with the idea of a 'company share' used to deal with group expenses.

By extras I meant if we hire people to come with us, such as NPC mercenaries.Freemage wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 9:50 pm If by "Extras", you mean Sidekicks and Followers, then I disagree with them getting half-shares; equipping your tag-alongs is part of the downside of those Edges/abilities; they're loyal to your PC, and thus you need to pay their upkeep.

I deleted the followers edges of my characters because Snake Eyes mentioned not wanting to deal with them. So no worries on using it as a way to secretly get extra shares for a PC.

Ahhh... I figure that mercenaries can be hired out of the group funds, actually. We give them a flat rate, rather than a cut of the action. Or if we hire a group of four or more all at once, we might just give them the group share for that particular mission.Ndreare wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 11:51 pmBy extras I meant if we hire people to come with us, such as NPC mercenaries.Freemage wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 9:50 pm If by "Extras", you mean Sidekicks and Followers, then I disagree with them getting half-shares; equipping your tag-alongs is part of the downside of those Edges/abilities; they're loyal to your PC, and thus you need to pay their upkeep.

Yep, in hang out you specifically mentioned it. Back when Freemage and I were talking about our minion builds with disposable zombies and followers. that is why I took away the followers and leadership stuff and replaced them with the multiple ABs.
Makes sense because minion masters can be the hardest ones to GM sometimes. Plus it does not fit the current model of small organization of hitters.
EDIT: To be clear. Totally not a bad thing and I like this build more. I have been trying to get a Gifted character in lay for a while, so I am super happy with how Gill looks.
