WC - Cerulean the Bosun

Cerulean the elf used to be in the Elven Armada, and left due to the interference of an enemy, an officer named Zakine Eldether. Cerulean intends to defeat his enemy (by humiliation if possible).
He is 5'3", blond and blue eyed. His favored weapon is the spear, and he always has his dagger on hand. He tends to dress in red and black.

Elven Magic: Elves get a free reroll when rolling to resist enemy powers.
Intelligence: They start with a d6 in Smarts. This increases maximum Smarts to d12+1.
Keen Senses: Elves start with a d6 in Notice. This increases their maximum Notice to d12+1.
Low Light Vision: They ignore penalties for Dim and Dark Illumination.
Slender: Elves suffer −1 Toughness and –1 to Vigor rolls.
Favored Enemy: Choose a type of enemy from the list on page 244. The ranger gets one free reroll when failing to track (Survival) or attack (Athletics, Fighting, Shooting) that type of being.
Favored Terrain: Choose a terrain type (Arctic, Desert, Forest, Jungle, Plains, Hills/Mountains, Rivers/Seas, Swamp, Urban, or Underground). The ranger draws an additional Action Card for initiative when in his Favored Terrain.
Wilderness Stride: Rangers pass through rough terrain such as dense forest, rocky hills, or desert sands with ease. They ignore movement penalties for Difficult Ground (see page 124).
Adventurer's Kit: Backpack, bedroll, candle, chalk, extra clothing, flint & steel, grappling hook, bullseye lantern, small mirror, hemp rope, oil, shovel, soap, 3x torches, waterskin, whetstone, 1 weeks meals
