Not a GM but I thought you should know that as a Techno-Wizard item a character won't be able to use the powers of a Shadow Cloak without PPE or ISP.

Also, I believe the Weird Science skill isn't useful without the corresponding Arcane Background.

Thanks, first campaign with magic. I will get this fixed one way or another.

Unfortunately the Weird Science Arcane Background doesn't give you PPE or ISP, so you still wouldn't be able to use the Shadow Cloak. If you want to be able to do that your best bet would be getting Arcane Background: Magic or Arcane Background: Psionics and the relevant skill. Or maybe getting Arcane Background: Techno-Wizardry and the Techno-Wizardry skill if you want to keep the gadget motif.

The last option may or may not be possible. Not sure if a character without the Iconic Framework can "dabble" in Techno-Wizardry. Definitely something you'd have to ask the GM about.

Why do you have a focus skill without AB: Gifted or Super Powers?

That was a holdover I didn’t correct I tried a couple of backgrounds when John Carter told me about needing AB and PPE/ISP to use the cloak. I looked at gifted and realized it wouldn’t work and for got to really those points. Fixing now.

Ok, I believe I fixed it. Savaged.us keeps regressing to an earlier version of the character so I have to redo everything. It is really weird.
