I will roll 1d56 for each of your initiative cards. I do not reroll duplicates, instead there are 2 extra Joker positions. Ties can be broken by an athletics roll.

[*][b]Quick rerolls 41 or higher[/b]
[*]1, 2, 3, 4 are considered Jokers
[*]Cards divisible by 4 are considered Clubs for hindrances affected by Clubs (excepting 4 which is a joker).[/list][/color][/b]

I almost voted zero because that's usually where the top marks are. That would have been an inaccurate vote.
Top marks. Which, ironically, are located at the bottom. So bottom marks to the GM!

You are managing multiple groups admirably and posting regularly, well done.

The interaction between groups caused a little PvP type drama so I think your solution to that was verygood. Maybe we have a "Heroes Never Die" rule for any player vs player stuff

Maybe I am not paying close enough attention but sometimes I find the action shifts abruptly. Not quite in a "gotcha" fashion but similar.
