Racial Abilities
  • Enchantingly Beautiful: Gain +1 to Performance and Persuasion rolls with all races and peoples, except human supremacists.
  • Low Light Vision: Ignore Illumination penalties for Dim and Dark lighting.
  • Near-Human Physiology: Those unfamiliar with elven physiology suffer only a −1 penalty to Healing skill rolls and cybernetics checks.
  • Racial Animosity: Suffer −2 on Persuasion checks when dealing with dwarves.
Edges and Iconic Abilities
  • Arcane Background (Wand Magic): 10 PPE. 3 Powers. Use Combat Mage list.
    • Wand Attunement: Must attune wand before it can be used reliably.
    • Without Wands: May not use Power Modifiers without using a wand and cannot benefit from Power Points Edges without a wand.
    • Backlash: Backlash with a wand forces the user to roll on the Wand Backlash Table. Backlash without a wand incurs Fatigue as usual.
    • Hand Held: Must hold a wand in hand to gain any of its benefits.
  • Channeling: Reduce Power Point cost by 1 with a raise on the activation roll.
  • Master of Magic: Access to Mega Power Modifiers
  • Strong Willed: +2 to resist Smarts or Spirit-based Tests.
  • Linguist: Character has d6 in languages equal to half her Smarts die. Also adds +1 Persuasion with native speakers of a language foreign to your hero, and Reactions begin two steps higher
  • Concentration: Double Duration of non-Instant powers.
  • Arcane Marksman: If firing a single bolt or similar power, and does not move, adds +1 bonus to Arcane Skill roll, or ignores up to 2 points of penalties from Called Shots, Cover, Scale, or Speed.
  • Rune Wand: Use one non-damaging power as innate, self-only, when holding wand.
  • Blaster: May user blaster power modifier with bolt, burst, or damage field .
  • Dual Wielder: May cast two powers with a wand in each hand as two actions without incurring a Multi-Action penalty.
  • Wandslinger: Once per round (if not Shaken or Stunned), the character receives a Wandslinging Attack against one failed arcane skill roll against him (see supplement for details)
  • Ambidextrous: Ignore –2 penalty when making Trait rolls with off-hand.

PPE/ISP: 10 - Recovery: 5/hour

Nar Pilindi (bolt) - lancing arrows of fire
Váre-Hwesta (deflection) - swirling winds surround the hero [innate]
Nar celume (burst) - a white hot stream of fire
Súre raumo (havoc) - a chaotic burst of wind
Sulca neuma (entangle) - roots grow up from the ground

BLASTER (+2): When using at least one Mega Power Modifier in conjunction with the blast, bolt, burst, or damage field powers increase the damage dice from d6 to d8. Armor Piercing grants an extra +1 AP.

Looks cool and effective.

Out of curiosity, was this just a test build to see how that pdf would work with SR, or is it a character you’re trying to get into a game?
