Background
Destiny grew up in Chi-Town's Lower Levels and knew she wanted to move up and out. She was tired of cramped spaces. She joined the military and they recognized her talents for special operations work, training her as a commando. But what she had in ability, she lacked in temperment. She understood why the CS was the way it was, but had no real stomach for it. She served her stint and retired, moving away from the fortress city the first chance she got.
After working in Merctown and Kingsdale for a while, she moved on to the Mississippi Trade Corridor and the Arkansas Smuggling Route, working as a driver and convoy guard for the Torres Family, one of the major Black market factions in the Arkansas territories. She's good at negotiating, either with words, or more aggressive techniques. She's also become quite good at pretending to be someone else, or playing a mark. She goes only by Destiny, and does not say whether it is a first or last name.
