Background
Born Nina Belov, Agent Ksana Purga (Russian for snow storm), was recruited as a child and trained by the Russian Underworld as an agent and enforcer. Having grown up in the criminal underworld, she knew nothing else until she was captured by the Directorate. There she got a first hand view of how ruthless things could be. While certainly not against crime or the use of force, the Directorate crossed lines Snow never knew she had in terms of eliminating resistance and violating people in every sense.

She broke away from the Directorate the first chance she got, and knew she could never go back to her old life. SPEAR was another matter and they liked her immediate knowledge of Directorate actions. Long term, it has proven less helpful, it was initially quite the coup. Still, she is a good agent and motivated to stay hidden from the Directorate.

Special Abilities - Super Powers: Biokinesis
  • Body Morph [Chameleon (2): Biometrics, Requires Touch. Minor Limitation (doesn’t affect clothes). (Physiology alteration)]: This power allows the character to assume the appearance of another being she’s touched. The character cannot emulate someone more than two Size levels different from herself. Changing appearance takes an action and a Focus roll.
    The chameleon can replicate a target’s voice, fingerprints, retinas, and other identifiers. Someone familiar with the original target and suspicious of the chameleon gets a Notice roll (at -2) opposed by the super’s Performance once per encounter to detect the ruse. A suspicious character may still ask questions or otherwise detect the imposter, but the roll to see through it may only be attempted once per encounter. Chameleons don’t gain a target’s abilities or Traits—only their appearance.
  • Super Attribute: Vigor: She has honed her body to be more resilient.
  • Leaping and Bounding (2): The character can jump 4″ horizontally, or 2″ vertically as a free action. Double these numbers if the hero can run at least 2″ (four yards) prior to the jump. If the hero chooses, she may make an Athletics roll as an action to increase her horizontal distance by 1″ (2″ with a raise), or half that vertically. Jumping does not allow a character to exceed her total Pace for the turn. The leaper ignores falling damage for heights up 2" unless entangled, bound, or otherwise prevented from landing on his feet. The character has an innate ability to bounce off vertical surfaces to climb higher than she might otherwise. She may scale any height as long as she has opposing walls or other surfaces to bounce off of.
  • Low Light Vision [Heightened Senses (1): Infravision] The character ignore penalties for Dim and Dark Illumination.
  • Super Skill: Fighting (2; Physical skills only): A born brawler, she was able to fight well early in her life, simply by watching others and then mimicking it.
  • Heavy Impact (Melee Attack; 2): The psychic can enhance her melee damage by using this power. This power adds d6 to all armed and unarmed Fighting attacks.
