To do Dresden Justice it would require open conversation about any book more than 6 months old. Otherwise people would spoil it on accident even if trying not to.
2D6 EFFECT 2 Catastrophe: Something goes terribly wrong. The GM must decide what, but some ideas are a new and permanent Minor Hindrance, the inability to use powers for several days, or an explosion of some sort. The backlash should be thematic if possible. If the hero tampers with dark forces for his abilities, for example, he might become corrupted or summon something sinister into the world. If he’s a weird scientist the device might explode for 3d6 damage in a Medium Blast Template, or he might develop a Quirk, Phobia, or other “madness.”
3 Backfire: The power succeeds as with a raise but affects a different target with the worst possible results. A bolt hits a random friend, boost Trait increases an enemy’s skill or attribute, etc. If there’s no likely target, he’s Stunned instead. If the power has a Duration other than Instant, it lasts its full term and can only be negated by dispel (the caster can’t voluntarily end it herself).
4–5 Short Circuit: The power fails but the Power Points allocated to it are spent, along with an additional 1d6 Power Points.
6–8 Stunned: The caster is Stunned (see page 106). She subtracts 2 from arcane skill rolls for the rest of the encounter (the penalty remains –2 even if she gets this result again).
9–10 Overload: The character’s synapses crackle and overload with power. He takes 2d6 damage plus the cost of the power in Power Points, including any Power Modifiers the player declared.
11 Fatigue: The character suffers Fatigue.
12 Overcharge: The power draws ambient energy from the air, automatically succeeding against the target with a raise and costing the caster no Power Points!

That is why spoilers would be inevitable. Most people had read all the books, so you would risk hearing spoilers no matter how hard you tried. In our previous Dresden inspired game we kept slipping with spoilers and one of the guys only read the first 6 books.
Same thing happened when I played online in a Dresden Files game.

My last Dresden book read was the one riding the T-Rex, or maybe one or two after it. I think it was Summer Knight, maybe? So it's a ways back, and definitely not within the six month mark.
I could do Spelljammer, too, I suppose. That's basically D&D, right? I'll change my vote maybe.

PS: Though I would join for Spelljammer in a minute. I loved that setting, to bad it was abandoned by TSR so soon after being created.

Did they specify which three old campaigns it would be? I missed that part.

The article I read listed those 3. Can't find it now. I do know that the 5E module Ghost of Saltmarsh is set in Greyhawk.
Edit: I found it. You are right they did not commit to which 3 but the writer speculated on those 3. So it could be any.

So we have 3 votes for Spelljammer so far. I want to start whatever game wins quickly so I am going to start on the campaign settings for Spelljammer just in case it wins. Once I have the rough draft I will post it in the forums for review.

Depends on how many spoilers for the Dresdenverse, as I'm not caught up with the series.
As Rob said if we play Dresden it will be up to book Skin Game at least. So spoilers all over the place.
What?
Why have you not listened to the last book yet Technospawn. I know you have access because we share a kindle and audible library. You have no excuse!
