Your adept should be a power type not a power. Adept (psionics). Make sure you pick one power per rank for the adept and check it as innate in savaged.us.
Also for MARS we are at Heroic 1, so add the advances.

The psi-blade is a Mega Damage melee weapon dealing Strength + Smarts damage, with AP equal to Psionics × 2.
The Arts of Offense: Psi-Blade counts as Claws when applying bonuses from Edges.
Per an OA the claw edges add to strength and smarts. so Savaged.us calculates the damage wrong.

Correct calculation is
Smarts d10 + strength d8 + smite
Martial artist and martial warrior adds 2 die types so you have Smarts d12+1 + Strength D12 + Smite (base is 2d12+1+smite, AP 16)
