The Eye of Nemesis
Empowered with some of the divine sight of Nemesis this amulet has what is often perceived as a simple power. When tapped it allows the wearer to understand what they are observing at a higher level. This higher level understanding is such that even the weaknesses and vulnerabilities of the target become completely exposed to the wearer as well as an understanding of the nature of their powers. For this amulet to work it must be touching the skin of the wearer and able to face the target of the effect.
Game Mechanics
As an action this amulet can be activated. Once activated a light only the wearer can see is emitted. The wearer then gains the ability to identify the nature of their target, its weaknesses (if any), the rank, types of power as well as how many power points the target has access to. No roll is required and no concealment or other powers can prevent this from working on a target the wearer can see.
If the character has the Monster Slayer edge they gain the Raise effect for their allies and the normal success level applies to even their own rolls.
